As our Sustainability & Asset Management Program Manager, Leticia leads engineering and asset management programs for defense clients around the world.

Leticia understands our clients' needs and unique process because for over 20 years as a Navy Civil Engineer Corps Officer, she was in their seats. With a passionate for staying connected to the military, she's currently supporting our defense clients with their new capital investment plans and helping prioritize future projects for the best return on their investments. She's an expert in suitability planning and compliance with executive orders.

Leticia is also a recognized industry contributor and leader through various publications and her involvement in organizations like Society of American Military Engineers and the Society of Women Engineers.
