Tinker Air Force Base has all the facilities, infrastructure and the environmental needs of a 31,000-person city. Located in southeast Oklahoma City, Tinker AFB is the largest single-site employer in the state of Oklahoma, supporting the 72nd Air Base Wing, the 62-building Consolidated Sustainment Activity Group aircraft maintenance complex, and numerous other tenant units.

Eighty five on-site and off-site operations staff from HDR and our partner Tehama are providing facility management, operations engineering, construction management and A/E support side by side with our client every day. In one year, our team has prepared more than 100 work packages with a construction value over $100 million of building and infrastructure projects.
