Our global Inclusion, Diversity and Equity Council includes employees from all business areas and global regions to help provide input and guidance to our inclusion, diversity and equity strategies.

Our Talent

Through our Veterans Employee Network Group, we connect veterans, military family members and non-veterans to a community within HDR. This active group offers mentoring, education and support to help you successfully transition from a distinguished military career and thrive in a civilian career.

As NOMA Foundation Fellowship Sponsors, we provide mentorship and firm access to the next generation of minority architects and designers. James Chidiac and Amalia Sosa, this year's NOMA Foundation Fellows, spent their summer internships working on real projects that aligned with their career interests.
