West Coast Utilities Explore Electric Vehicle Charging Infrastructure Along I-5 Corridor
Mapping Out Electric Vehicle Charging Infrastructure to Support Electric Big Rigs
To get ahead of transportation electrification, over 30 utilities along the west coast have sponsored the West Coast Clean Transit Corridor Initiative, a study that explores the electric vehicle charging infrastructure needed to support electric medium- and long-haul trucks traveling from Canada to Mexico.
Our team, in partnership with CALSTART, S Curve Strategies, and Ross Strategic has been selected to lead the study. This is the first step in getting the infrastructure needed to move goods along the west coast with zero emissions, reducing greenhouse gases.
