Leticia Soto-Daniels Promoted to Federal Director

Leticia Soto-Daniels, P.E., CEM, has been promoted to director for HDR’s various federal market programs.

In this role, Soto-Daniels will direct teams servicing a diverse, worldwide client base. Her demonstrated ability to lead, position and deliver support to federal clients makes her uniquely suited for this role.

Soto-Daniels will continue to support our military planning and asset management practice while shifting her attention to the federal market programs.

Over her 10 years at HDR, Soto-Daniels has demonstrated a proven ability to both understand and develop impactful solutions for a broad array of clients. In doing so, she has been at the forefront of remarkable growth for the federal asset management program.
