IRWA Honors HDR’s Cyndi Whelpley as Instructor of the Year

HDR’s Cyndi Whelpley, SR/WA, R/W-RAC, has been named the 2024 W. Howard Armstrong Instructor of the Year by the International Right of Way Association. This annual award recognizes IRWA instructors for their exceptional passion and commitment to sharing their expertise and enhancing education opportunities available to association members.
Whelpley is a real estate services project manager in the Everett, Washington, office who delivers right of way services for transportation and utility improvement projects. With more than 30 years of experience, she brings to the classroom her knowledge, technical expertise and ability to translate complex concepts into impactful, real-world applications. Her dedication to continuous learning and professional development has made her a valuable asset to HDR and the infrastructure professional industry. Her deep understanding of industry trends, paired with her outstanding communication skills, empowers others to grow and succeed.
