Brendan Botha

Brendan leads our operations across Australia, driving strategic planning, operational excellence, and risk management to support sustainable growth. Working closely with the Austrian Leadership Team, he is across all sectors and focuses on strengthening the foundation for our continued success and diversification in Australia and the broader Asia-Pacific (APAC) region.

With over 30 years of experience, Brendan has successfully led architecture and engineering consulting teams across a diverse range of sectors, including health and science, defense and security, resources, and transportation infrastructure. His extensive leadership experience across these markets gives him a broad perspective on complex projects across our professional design services industry.

Brendan’s career spans multiple regions, including South Africa and the Middle East, bringing a global perspective that strengthens our strategy and growth ambitions. His strategic, collaborative and inclusive leadership style — underpinned by a strong commitment to inclusivity, diversity and equity (ID&E), and creating meaningful employee experiences — is instrumental in driving our growth, culture and impact across Australia and the APAC region.
