Matthew Goulet , P.Eng.

Matthew has extensive railway infrastructure project experience including track, grading, bridge rehabs, drainage and yards. As our railway lead in Canada, his responsibilities include management of planning, design and construction projects as well as the planning and development of maintenance plans for new railway projects.  

He began his career working for CN as the manager of construction for Ontario before entering the field of consulting engineering. With varied experience spanning heavy freight to commuter and light rail, Matthew now uses the experience he gained working for a Class 1 railway to continue to serve a variety of clients in the Canadian railway markets.
