Ady is a project leader with over 20 years of experience across design and construction, bringing extensive expertise in project delivery, team leadership, and business operations within the architecture industry. Her portfolio spans a diverse range of sectors, including residential, commercial, education, civic, retail, infrastructure, and life sciences, with a strong focus on complex, high-performance environments that support innovation and community impact.
Most recently, Ady served as Project Lead for Australia's first RNA Research and Manufacturing Facility, contributing to the delivery of a nationally significant project advancing sovereign capability in biomedical research and manufacturing. Other notable projects include University of New South Wales E25 Biolink, Viral Vector Manufacturing Facility, Western Sydney International Airport, and 25 Martin Place.
