Paul Franklin, MSc, MRICS

With over two decades of senior leadership experience spanning client and consulting, including infrastructure, capital programs and complex large scale developments across the U.K. and internationally, Paul's career has been defined by advanced projects that run at pace and at scale; qualities which sit at the heart of technology, media and telecommunications (TMT) clients that are being navigated today.

Working directly with U.K. central government and regulators, he has developed innovative grid and offshore wind energy solutions, while also carrying an international remit across Canada, the United Arab Emirates and Japan. This remains the most distinctive chapter of Paul’s career and gave him a clear perspective on the power delivery challenges that now sit squarely on the agenda for our clients in the TMT space.

Earlier in his career, he delivered Europe's largest independently owned Mercedes-Benz facility, a 330,000-square-foot development in Stockport, U.K., completed under an accelerated program. Paul says this is a clean illustration of what disciplined, fast-paced delivery looks like in practice.

In his current role, Paul works with clients across the full project life cycle, from design through to delivery.
