Cadence Kerr

Cadence is an experienced property services project manager with a demonstrated track record of providing contract management and supervision on complex transportation projects. A trusted advisor to several major clients, she has provided right of way coordination during the preliminary design and design-build phases for Sound Transit’s Federal Way Link Extension, one of the largest Light Rail Transit projects in North America. She focuses on early integration of the acquisition and relocation process to position projects for success. 

She is adept at coordinating effectively with clients, federal agencies, local stakeholders, design teams and affected property owners to efficiently advance projects on schedule. She has a proven ability to work directly and professionally with diverse teams, delivering accurate and effective management of all real estate and right of way functions at the local, state, provincial and federal levels, including Uniform Act, Federal Highway Administration, Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, Federal Aviation Administration, and local agency compliance.
