As the planning and design director for Queensland, Todd’s role involves assisting clients in developing strategic and tactical asset management plans to improve transport infrastructure. Todd collaborates with clients and partners to develop comprehensive programs and projects, delivering them with a proactive approach to asset management, which provides long-term condition and economic benefits.
Todd is passionate about leveraging his full project life cycle experience to develop programs and projects that consider the long-term benefits and effects in detail at each stage. Todd enjoys helping clients drive funding further and develop asset management plans and strategies that provide ongoing economic and asset condition benefits to the community.
With over 25 years of experience in designing, developing, and managing transport projects both nationally and internationally, Todd has a detailed understanding of transport infrastructure projects across the project life cycle, including maintenance and operations in urban environments.
These skills and his wealth of experience enable Todd to deliver complex programs of work with an excellent understanding of project drivers, risks, and opportunities. He has a proven ability to lead multidisciplinary project teams to achieve successful project and program outcomes.
