Mike inspires our teams to challenge the status quo of infrastructure management. As director, he develops and coordinates the technical competencies of condition assessment and rehabilitation staff and products. He also evaluates technologies for infrastructure condition assessment and ensures that our teams and clients have access to the most suitable technologies and service providers.
Ever the advocate for innovation, Mike is passionate about working with people who look for new technologies and approaches to facilitate the management of civil infrastructure. Much of the nation's critical infrastructure is more than 100 years old and may need repair or replacement as it nears the end of its design life. This makes the condition assessment and management of buried infrastructure particularly important.
Mike is a recognized industry leader in the condition assessment of pressurized pipes and provides technical and quality oversight for all our water and wastewater projects, including pipelines, facilities, pump stations and tanks/reservoirs.
