Erin is an architect and healthcare planning and design leader dedicated to shaping environments that elevate the experience of patients, families and care teams. Known for blending rigorous analysis, empathetic leadership and imaginative problem solving to bring a strategic, people-centered approach to every project, Erin believes that thoughtful design can meaningfully improve care delivery and inspire trust in the built environment.
Based in Philadelphia, Erin unifies her passion for planning and design innovation to strengthen our established Northeast regional presence by providing strategic guidance on emerging opportunities, project pursuits and design excellence. Drawing on her deep healthcare expertise and our global network to deliver impactful solutions, Erin’s experience includes a portfolio of work for leading institutions such as New York-Presbyterian, NYU Langone Health, and Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia.
A past recipient of Healthcare Design’s HCD 10 awards and frequent speaker, Erin has presented at the HCD Conference, AIA Academy of Architecture for Health, The Forum on Architecture + Design, and has been featured on WHYY’s The Pulse. She champions design’s role in fostering safety, equity and resilience in healthcare environments.
