“Procurement services bring inarguable value to projects of all types and sizes. My goals are to further develop the team and make procurement services more common to help bring more well-informed solutions to our clients’ programs.”
As our transportation procurement director, James focuses on adding value and managing risk when preparing procurement documents for projects. He leads and manages our procurement services capabilities and activities in transportation, working in tandem with our program management and alternative delivery leadership to advance the complementary practices.
