JaNell Cook

JaNell is our service delivery director for our water practice, responsible for providing overall leadership for the group's program management, collaborative delivery, construction management, owner's advisor, commercial management and program/project controls services to support clients in all water markets. Additionally, she supports our teams in developing and implementing the delivery of these services, building world-class practices for each of these areas, and developing the best practices and tools for quality management, talent development, market capture/growth, resource management and strategy implementation. 

JaNell has played prominent roles on many projects, including the Central Valley Flood Management Program and the San Joaquin River Restoration Program. She served as principal-in-charge and contract manager for San Francisco Public Utilities Commission. With more than 37 years of experience, she is a licensed professional civil engineer in California and Nevada.
