In Jared’s role as professional services director for building engineering services, he collaborates closely with leadership to oversee the development of building engineering programs, works to optimize project delivery, and drive implementation of initiatives.
He partners with key stakeholders to cultivate building engineering specialty services growth through targeted outreach and strategic business development, and to create a program that is known for innovation and thought leadership, with the end goal of establishing HDR as having best-in-class multi-discipline design capabilities, thus providing our teams with a competitive advantage in global building engineering markets.
He works towards continuous strengthening of the building engineering culture and global community of practice across the matrix with a focus on quality and high performance, and towards fostering collaboration with other practice teams.
With 20 years of industry experience, Jared has recently served as building engineering regional director and ASMEC design center director, providing operational oversight, leading a multidiscipline technical practice and project delivery, as well as business development strategy, program management and project management.
