Renee Jackman

Economist

Renee focuses her economic background on helping infrastructure owners understand and mitigate the risks associated with delivering complex projects. This includes the development of risk registers, the use of statistical methods to develop risk-adjusted cost and schedule estimates, and day-to-day support to see risk mitigation strategies through the end of construction.

To better support owners, Renee has expanded her technical training to include development of time series cost escalation models. This process allows for customizing models to more accurately reflect material use differences across project types, and to account for the geographic differences in the cost of labor and right-of-way. Renee also tracks changes in global markets to better understand how these changes will impact project delivery.
