Tom Ditoro, P.E.

Working in collaboration with market sector leadership, Tom provides strategic leadership and technical expertise for HDR’s Canadian architectural practice. He is an ardent champion for staff technical development and resource management, as well as for developing and cultivating project-specific leadership roles. His position is also instrumental in identifying new business and strategic program growth opportunities. Tom was key to forming the Architectural Engineering Innovation program, which fosters HDR’s innovative design and internal processes, and he will continue to mentor the firm’s global architectural engineering group on this endeavor.

With more than 25 years of experience, Tom has expertise in project management, developing teams and executing projects, ranging from small healthcare remodels to complex public-private partnerships. He routinely couples his technical knowledge with his excellent communication skills to develop and implement successful solutions for both HDR staff and clients.
