IIJA — Water Related Grant and Funding Opportunities

The Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act (IIJA), appropriated a 5-year investment of approximately $72 billion in water-related infrastructure and ecosystem restoration. While some investments are directed to federal agencies for research, administration, and agency-sponsored projects; an estimated $52 billion of that investment will be allocated to loan and grant programs for non federal entities. This fact sheet summarizes the water-related funding programs that will be usedto allocate the IIJA.
