Spotlighting Structural Engineer Jarlene Ninive

HDR Structural Engineer Jarlene Ninive was highlighted as a part of Woman Engineer's Fall 2022 magazine featuring women in civil, structural and construction engineering. Ninive works with our hydropower team and has experience designing and analyzing dams and hydraulic structures, outlet towers, and retaining walls using traditional methods and finite element analysis. As a bridge and dams inspector, Ninive is a SPRAT Level I Certified Rope Access Technician and hangs by ropes to perform inspections.
