HDR Promotes Sébastien Doucet to Aerospace Director

Sébastien Doucet has been named director of HDR's aerospace sector.

Based in Seattle, he will lead the strategic development of the firm's aerospace division worldwide, after serving as HDR’s leader for North America since 2024.

With extensive experience in the aerospace industry, Doucet will focus on strengthening client service, identifying emerging opportunities, and aligning HDR’s global technical expertise to support complex aerospace programs. HDR is delivering a significant portfolio of space, aviation and defense projects worldwide, with work underway throughout North America, Europe and Asia-Pacific. 

“Since joining HDR, Sébastien has played a central role in developing our aerospace sector and building strong, trusted relationships with our clients,” said Paul Flatt, president of HDR's building engineering services. “His technical expertise, leadership and commitment to service excellence make him ideally placed to lead this important area of our business.”
