Based in Omaha, Nebraska, Todd has more than 35 years of experience designing structural systems across academic, health, justice, federal and industrial facilities. Known for his technical rigor and leadership, he delivers resilient, high-performing solutions that support mission-critical environments and complex client needs.
Todd leads task orders for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, National Guard and National Park Service. He is also the Nebraska/Iowa area quality manager, responsible for implementing and maintaining HDR’s Quality Management System. His dual focus on project execution and quality oversight provides consistent delivery, risk mitigation and adherence to the highest standards across projects.
His portfolio includes structurally complex renovations and new construction projects, highlighted by his work on the renovation of Building B1600 at Scott Air Force Base, headquarters of the Air Mobility Command. This project involves selectively demolishing the facility to its structural framework and rebuilding it to meet modern seismic requirements and progressive collapse mitigation standards, demonstrating his expertise in adaptive reuse and resilient design.
An industry fellow and adjunct professor at the University of Nebraska at Omaha for more than two decades, Todd is committed to advancing the profession through education and mentorship.
