A licensed architect with over a decade of experience, Andrew has proven his ability to envision and execute transformative projects that meet client objectives and positively impact communities. He has successfully led and managed large, multidisciplinary teams for technically complex healthcare facilities, including academic hospitals and pediatric facilities. 

Andrew is committed to ensuring clients’ success as a community partner and trusted advisor. He actively listens to their needs and aspirations to realize visually stunning, functionally efficient, environmentally responsible architectural solutions. 

As managing principal of our Minneapolis architecture studio, Andrew puts his passion for seeing others achieve their greatest potential to practice. He fosters a culture of collaboration, creativity and community empowerment to unleash individuals’ full potential and encourage their professional growth by creating opportunities for them to shine. He motivates the studio to push boundaries, challenge conventional thinking and bring forward innovative ideas to redefine Minneapolis’ architectural landscape and position us as the go-to firm in the region. 

Actively engaged in the national, state and local design communities across the U.S., Andrew serves on the AIA National Strategic Council and NCARB National Competency Taskforce; previously co-led the NEXUS Mentorship Program, where he connected experienced Fellow of the American Institute of Architects professionals with young architects.
