Annette Scotto

Annette is committed to helping our waste clients reach waste reduction goals and identify opportunities to improve diversion rates. Her experience spans North America with projects ranging from solid waste management planning to condition assessments of waste to energy facilities. 

Partnering with clients to help their communities reach recycling goals and reduce waste is Annette’s passion. She sees education as a critical element in shifting the public focus towards a circular economy. 

Annette is a published author in MSW Management magazine on the use of social media platforms to educate and inform the public about modern recycling. She serves on the board of the American Society of Mechanical Engineers and is a presenter at the Virginia Recycling Association Conference.
