Bryce has over 16 years of experience in all facets of environmental regulatory compliance, compliance program development, environmental management system development/implementation, and federal contract management. His experience has included environmental regulatory project management, curriculum development, lead multi-media trainer, lead compliance and EMS conformance assessor, and client coordinator. In regards to training, Bryce has instructed environmental training courses on HAZWOPER (all levels), hazardous waste management, spill response, incident command system and environmental computer applications.

He has been the project manager or author of approximately 65 environmental management plans, including hazardous chemical and waste standard operating procedures, integrated contingency plans, pest management plans, storage tank management plans, oil water separator management plan, and spill control and countermeasure plans. Bryce also supervised the management of a hazardous waste generating facility for five years and authored numerous training curriculums for hazardous waste management, spill response, and environmental computer applications.

Bryce has instructed more than 180 courses to over 5,000 military personnel. In addition, he provided assistance to both the Army National Guard and the Army Reserve to build their hazardous waste management programs through the design and implementation of web user-based Army National Guard system.
