Chris Brown, Associate DBIA

Chris leads our utility and site development efforts for tech clients — a role that brings to bear his natural drive and knack for business development at the confluence of our technology, power and civil markets. He is focused on collaborating across our company to help grow our client base for data centers, and other high-tech facilities.

With more than 20 years of construction and utility industry experience, Chris understands the complexities of delivering projects from conceptual planning through design and construction completion. His passion lies with client relations and program management. He has led large infrastructure projects from their beginning stage through each stage of development through to completion. He fosters collaboration and communication through continuous client and consultant team interaction with clear expectations as the keys to success.

Through his years he has walked the sites, been through the public process, worked through planning scenarios, and delivered projects through the procurement process into construction. He is a strategic and conceptual thinker who exercises sound technical, analytical and management skills in successfully delivering multimillion-dollar project portfolios. Recognized as a change agent, skilled leader and motivator, Chris is a strong interpersonal and group communicator who can deliver clear and concise results.
