Cory has experience in water supply management and has served as the project manager on several water supply development and planning projects in Texas. Cory works each day to solve complex water supply issues across Texas by smartly pursuing progress to deliver great client service. Leading by example, Cory works with a dedicated group of skilled professionals to provide quality water supply planning services for a variety of clients.

He especially enjoys the challenges that come with implementing and permitting new projects and successfully obtaining permits where both applicants and regulators are satisfied with the results. Seeing projects go from planning and permitting to design and implementation is his passion and something that he works to accomplish for his clients.

Cory successfully led the effort to develop the Dallas Long Range Water Supply Plan to 2070 and beyond for the City of Dallas, looking 50 years into the future to identify unique solutions to overcome a variety of water supply problems such as climate change and regulatory constraints. He has supported many similar planning efforts for multiple planning regions across Texas, where he works to provide safe, clean drinking water for many future generations of Texans.
