David Flett, OAA

David brings over 15 years of experience and a passion for helping people find their purpose to his role as managing principal for our architecture practice in Ontario, Canada. 

Tasked with leading the overall strategy and operations in Kingston, London, Ottawa, and Toronto, David works to help each studio build an identity and cultivate a shared vision for success. 

An action-oriented leader with a track record for building a strong culture and providing excellent client service, David is known for improving collaborative processes, connecting with communities, and mentoring team members. He connects with our global network of managing principals, business developers, and design leadership to provide teams and clients with the highest quality and service. 

Committed to increasing equity, diversity and inclusion in the industry, David prioritizes opportunities to celebrate culturally significant events across offices. He is committed to educating teams on the importance of connecting with and strengthening connections to Indigenous communities in Canada. 

David is an active member of the Ontario Association of Architects, the London Society of Architects, and the London District Construction Association.
