Gerald is a results-driven program manager with more than 25 years of leadership experience spanning the natural gas, petrochemical, pipeline construction, manufacturing and material handling industries. He brings expertise in managing complex contracts and effectively partnering with engineering firms, contractors and vendors to deliver large-scale infrastructure projects that consistently exceed client expectations. 

Known for his ability to build trusted relationships, Gerald has led multidisciplinary teams across a broad range of industrial markets, including power, waste, water and mining. His background in engineering, construction and consulting provides a strong foundation for program success from initial concept through start-up and commissioning. 

Gerald’s portfolio includes extensive work in distribution, gathering and transmission pipeline projects, as well as metering and regulating stations, integrity management, corrosion control, pigging operations and in-line inspections. He has overseen tank construction and vertical concrete storage silo installations, and has managed industrial waste handling initiatives across the U.S. His leadership on bulk material handling projects at fossil power plants demonstrates his versatility and technical depth. He has also served as project and construction manager for multiple wastewater treatment facility installations.
