Managing Principal

Jacqueline leads our Kansas City, Missouri, architecture studio, where she oversees operations, growth strategy and multidisciplinary design excellence across Kansas and Missouri. A licensed architect with more than 20 years of experience, she is known for building high-performing teams and delivering complex projects, ranging from pediatrics to research and translational health. 

She has grown the Kansas City architecture practice from three to more than a dozen professionals. Her team includes designers, planners and specialists in healthcare, science, sports and recreation, interiors, sustainability, and landscape architecture. Jacqueline also spearheads our pediatrics design practice, uniting a global, multidisciplinary team in a shared mission to advance design strategies that improve outcomes for children and families worldwide. 

An active voice in the industry, Jacqueline is passionate about mentoring emerging professionals and advancing healthcare design as a member of the Center for Health Design Pediatric Environment Network.
