Eastern Region Manager, Vehicle O&M Facility Design
Jeff serves as an operations and maintenance facility design leader for projects throughout the East Coast, providing specialty facility design services for rail, bus, municipal, utility and educational clients. With a unique focus on operations and maintenance facility functional design, Jeff knows how to optimize work spaces, enhance safety and help shape bus maintenance shops, storage spaces and support areas that allow for optimal maintenance for fleet operations, as well as providing an excellent working environment for fleet maintenance employees.
Jeff has more than 30 years of architectural experience on a diverse range of project types, with a concentration on transportation related facilities. He has served as programmer, planner, project architect, design manager and project manager. His expertise has shaped highly specialized facilities in major metropolitan areas such as Philadelphia, New York and Washington, D.C.
His primary focus is the design of vehicle and facility maintenance buildings for any organization that has a vehicle fleet for campus or building transportation purposes. A champion of sustainable design, he regularly incorporates LEED principles into his work and helps clients achieve LEED certification.
