Jessica Leone

Jessica has over 20 years of industry experience in construction, consulting, development and financing within the hospitality, leisure and entertainment sector, and is located in our New York office.

Jessica received her bachelor’s degree from Cornell University with a dual major in interior design and facility planning and management. She also received her master’s degree in real estate development from Columbia University’s School of Architecture and is a licensed real estate broker.

Prior to joining us, Jessica worked as a real estate consultant, advising developers, corporations, government entities and private equity firms on their respective hotel portfolios. Her work included a luxury resort and gaming development in New York, as well as preparing a tourism plan for California.

Previously, Jessica was a director of real estate development, where she led multiple developments, including a large Marriott hotel in Iowa, a Hilton in Minneapolis, and an Allstate call center in Idaho.

She started her career in construction as a project manager for the Waldorf Astoria, working on interior and exterior renovations for this world–renowned landmark building.
