Nate Strum, EDFP, MPA

Nate is the client development lead for the Ohio region. As an economic development professional for over 15 years, he has aided communities through a variety of challenges including economic downturns and leading on revitalization efforts, and rapid growth needs with a focus on economic mobility.

Major elements of Nate’s career have included various collaborations on funding procurement, as well as project management with various state and federal agencies including U.S. Housing & Urban Development, the Economic Development Administration, and the U.S. Department of Defense. Major projects include various data centers, attraction and expansion of major manufacturing companies primarily in the food, advanced materials, and automotive sectors.
