Samer, a senior management consultant, brings over a decade of international experience in project management, strategy consulting and infrastructure advisory work. With advanced degrees and certificates from prestigious international institutions, he has played leading and core roles in critical projects including Ras Al Khaimah’s Mobility Masterplan in the United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia's Land Transport Strategy.
