Sandy is our health director, architecture, responsible for leading and growing our health practice across the United States. She is a recognized expert in the planning and design of innovative healthcare environments with a passion for design excellence, innovation and collaborative solutions.

With more than 30 years of experience delivering academic medical centers, community and regional hospitals, ambulatory facilities, rehabilitation hospitals, and women's and children's hospitals, Sandy brings a broad national healthcare perspective to her leadership role and a deep understanding of how to collaborate across disciplines to deliver transformative healthcare solutions for clients. She is known for her commitment to mentoring future healthcare leaders and advancing innovative approaches to healthcare planning and design.

She is a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Architects (FACHA) and a graduate of the Parsons School of Design in New York and the Graduate School of Design at Harvard University.
