Scott currently serves as HDR’s program manager for the $2 billion, 27-year Omaha Combined Sewer Overflow Control Program, overseeing the design and construction of the major facility projects since 2009. He is actively involved in the Water Environment Federation in both the Collection Systems Committee and the House of Delegates. In 2017, he led the efforts to host the WEF Collection Systems Conference in Omaha to highlight the significant projects that have been implemented as part of the Omaha CSO Program and he was recognized by WEF with a Volunteer Service Award. Most recently, Scott helped establish a Diversity, Equity & Inclusion committee with the Nebraska Water Environment Association to maximize opportunities for increased membership engagement.
