Scott Foral, LEED AP

As the Director of Consulting, Scott provides overall leadership and direction to successfully integrate strategic priorities with operations and facilities. He is directly involved in the oversight of the Consulting group’s unique approach to planning that integrates strategic clinical, operational and facility planning to achieve sustainable solutions. He leads an inspired team of consultants and architectural planners, fusing strategic thinking, clinical and operational perspectives and facility planning to break down barriers, innovate design and lean the delivery of facilities.

A 20-year veteran, Scott provides clients around the globe with critical decision-making and planning for strategic and facility initiatives. He spent the first half of his career with a large healthcare system where he gained hands-on strategic planning and business development experience. His expertise includes the development of strategic plans, facility master plans, forecasting models, staffing models and functional and space programs.

Scott’s ability to identify critical paths, challenge assumptions and see clear ways forward fuels his fresh approach to results-oriented delivery in an ever-changing design landscape.
