Sean Carr, Ph.D.

Industrial Engineer

With strong technical skills in simulation modeling and optimization, Sean helps healthcare systems improve efficiency and effectiveness. Based in our Dallas architecture studio, Sean’s simulation expertise has aided in the economic evaluation of new and emerging pharmaceuticals and medical treatments in numerous disease areas. When it comes to architecture, Sean’s experience includes the use of simulation tools for process improvement and design, computational design methods for schematic design and adjacency analysis, as well as master planning analysis.

Sean holds a doctorate in industrial engineering from North Carolina State University and a Master of Science and a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering from the University of Missouri. He is a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. He has worked on master planning projects, including Children’s Medical Center of Dallas, Parkland Health and Hospital System, and Greenville Health in South Carolina.
