With over 15 years of experience in the industry, he applies his knowledge of all service disciplines and expertise to manage large, complex projects, primarily as the team leader in an engineering management role. His integrated approach delivers successful multidisciplinary engineering solutions at every stage of a project, from concept planning to construction completion.
He previously served as a director. During this period, he played a significant role in growing the business in Oceania and in securing major project contracts. HDR credits his client–focused leadership with helping to establish enduring relationships and deliver consistent programme growth throughout the region. He has multiple project sector experience, including retail, mission critical, commercial, health, residential and infrastructure.
Shayne is a highly motivated and positive person, with a focus on establishing strong client relationships across all projects. He's committed to providing a clear and concise interface between the client and the consulting team to ensure the successful delivery of the project.
