Court Fit-Out Completes Master Plan and Accommodates Growth

HDR completed Phase 1 of the new South Placer Adult Correctional Facility in 2015, with a master plan that addressed growth needs including an arraignment court and additional housing units. The initial 192,000 square-foot, LEED Silver certified facility included cold shell space for the arraignment court and related services.

This fit-out provided the arraignment courtroom, judge’s chambers, public entrance and courtroom access, lobby security, screening and interview rooms, secure custody gallery and prisoner box offices, secured holding facilities and mechanical/electrical/engineering services.
