Created for a Seamless Student-Athlete Experience

Seeking to support the student-athlete experience beyond game day, we partnered with the University of Nebraska at Omaha (UNO) to design a dedicated baseball and softball clubhouse within Maverick Park. Strengthening athlete development and program cohesion while reinforcing the park’s established identity, our team expanded the complex into a cohesive environment that integrates training, academic support and team spaces within a single facility.

Connecting Training, Team Spaces and Campus Identity

The clubhouse extends Maverick Park’s existing architectural language while introducing key program elements for year-round use. The facility incorporates batting cages, locker rooms, lounges, offices, and flexible gathering spaces to support both performance and student life. By maintaining the park’s geometric forms and material palette, the design reinforces a cohesive campus identity while responding to site and program needs. The clubhouse links on-field training with off-field experience, serving as a central hub for athletes, coaches, and staff.
