Asia-Pacific is in the Midst of a Data Center Boom

In an increasingly interconnected world where demand for artificial intelligence (AI) and cloud technologies continues to rise, the Asia–Pacific (APAC) is emerging as a key region for the fast–evolving data center market.
Investor confidence is strengthening, with CBRE forecasting the APAC region to account for approximately 44–55 gigawatts of the world’s data center demand by 2028.
