PennDOT Digital Delivery Directive 2025 — A Gateway to the Future of Project Delivery

PennDOT’s Digital Delivery Directive 2025 initiative is determining a new path forward, so that by 2025, PennDOT construction projects will be bid using 3D technology and no longer be in a traditional construction plan format. The shift to 3D will touch every part of the project delivery process, from design to construction to post-construction activities such as maintenance and asset management. Attendees will learn how this initiative will reduce project costs, improve design and construction efficiency, and reduce project risks. The presenters will provide a status update for the initiative and discuss the roadmap moving forward.
