Investing in the Future of Water
As the demand for innovation in the water industry grows, so does the need for a robust workforce. Our One Water Institute invests in the future of One Water leaders by participating in AWWA's Scholarship Program.
Congratulations to our 2026 recipient, Maria Paula Ibanez. Maria Paula is a Master of Applied Science candidate in environmental engineering at Dalhousie University, interested in advancing an integrated “One Water” approach where technical knowledge and practical implementation come together to improve community outcomes.
She was awarded the HDR One Water Institute Scholarship on June 23 at AWWA's Water Industry Luncheon.
