Erin Slayton, P.E., DBIA, ENV SP

Serving as program management director, Erin brings 25 years of experience delivering complex, multibillion-dollar transportation programs for public and private sector clients. Over the course of her career, she has managed nearly $9 billion in capital transportation projects and programs, partnering side-by-side with owners to deliver major investments with discipline, transparency and strategic alignment. 

Erin is recognized for her ability to meet aggressive schedules, build consensus among diverse stakeholders, and drive timely decisions that keep programs moving forward. Her experience spans the full project life cycle, integrating robust governance, effective staffing strategies, and clear communication to strengthen program oversight and performance. She works closely with clients to establish trusted, long-term relationships built on accountability and shared goals. 

As program management director, she connects our practitioners across the company to advance and refine our owner’s representative and program management services. She is passionate about building strong teams and empowering professionals at every level. A respected industry leader, Erin actively supports mentorship and inclusion initiatives, serving in leadership roles with organizations such as National Society of Black Engineers (NSBE), WTS South Carolina Chapter, WTS International Board, and The Citadel that advance opportunity within the transportation profession.
