Jarrett works with clients to support studies, design efforts, and strategic consulting for renewable natural gas, hydrogen and hydrogen blending, and biofuels.
With more than two decades of experience in the engineering sector, including more than 15 years in oil and gas infrastructure, Jarrett has expertise in pipelines, facilities and terminals. She has taken part in all stages of project lifecycles, from conceptualization through commissioning, including feasibility assessments, front-end engineering designs, permit package developments, procurement activities, and construction management. She's also worked on naval architecture, marine engineering and physical oceanography projects.
Jarrett holds a bachelor’s degree from Texas A&M University and is a known industry leader in assembling and directing project teams.
