Kaela is the strategic communications manager for our architecture practice. In her role, she leads market expansion for a global team of over 250 communications practitioners by working across multiple sectors to integrate engagement, messaging, and facilitation into the design process and help clients develop clear, goal-oriented communications strategies that reflect stakeholder needs.

With 20 years of experience in public relations, stakeholder strategy, and project management, Kaela brings a unique blend of business insight and creative thinking that allows her to work closely with architects and planners to ensure communication is embedded from a project’s outset — driving more inclusive and informed outcomes. 

Her work is informed by both lived experience and professional discipline, making her a key contributor to projects that seek to connect people, purpose and place.
