Seth's work focuses on climate-positive and climate-adaptive design, including developing strategies and leading technical analyses for achieving net-zero carbon in the built environment. His areas of practice span decarbonization master planning and roadmapping, high-performance design, existing building performance improvement, and urban energy infrastructure, including renewable energy, microgrids and zero-emission vehicle infrastructure.
The U.S. Green Building Council, California, recognized him as the Heart of the Chapter and Consulting Specifying Engineer named him one of the Top 40 Under 40. Seth is a frequent public speaker and actively participates in many professional organizations. He currently serves on the Regional Leadership Advisory Board of the USGBC-California.
